Departure Policy :
Payments :
1 : Booking Confirmation: To secure your spot on a trip, advance payment is required. You have the option to either pay the full amount in advance or make a partial payment to confirm your booking.
2 : Payment Security: Your payment information is securely processed and protected. We utilize industry-standard encryption and security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your payment details.
3 : Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation along with relevant details regarding your trip. Please retain this confirmation for your records and present it as necessary during your travel.
Cancellation Policy :
1 : Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booking up to the 20 days prior to the scheduled start of the trip to receive a full refund.
2 : Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your booking and initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Be sure to provide your booking details for prompt assistance.
3 : Refund Processing: Upon cancellation within the eligible timeframe, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
4 : Full Refund Window: Participants may cancel their booking up to 20 days prior to the scheduled departure date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
5 : Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 20 and 10 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
6 : No Refund After 10 Days: Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled departure date are not eligible for any refund.
1 : Punctuality Requirement: Departure times are fixed and must be adhered to strictly. Participants are required to be present at the designated departure point at the stated time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of eligibility for refunds.
2 : Communication with Trip Coordinator(s): Participants are responsible for keeping their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). This ensures smooth coordination and timely departures.
3 : Refund Policy for Missed Departure: Participants who miss the departure are not eligible for any refunds. We will attempt to contact participants twice before the scheduled departure time to remind them.
Conduct Guidelines :
1 : Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Any act of misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated during the tours. We strive to foster a cordial travel community and aim to provide a hassle-free and memorable experience for all participants.

1 : Program Adjustments: Zaunt assumes no liability for any modifications or delays in the program, or for any associated expenses incurred indirectly. These may arise due to natural phenomena, accidents, machinery malfunctions, adverse weather conditions, road closures, political circumstances, or unforeseen incidents.
2 : Insurance Absence: We do not offer insurance coverage for sickness, accidents, theft-related losses, or any other circumstances. Participants are encouraged to secure their own insurance policies to safeguard against such eventualities.
3 : Itinerary Flexibility: Various factors, such as weather conditions and participant physical capabilities, may prompt changes to the itinerary. Zaunt retains the right to adjust the schedule as necessary, prioritizing the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of participants.
